Paul Hockaday of Community First has sent along the date of the next meeting and hopes that the residents of Maesgeirchen will take an interest and participate in what is going on at the Estate. Another message from Paul Hockaday of Community First , has sent us some information on the Communities First " Strategy for Maesgeirchen". People living in the Ffordd Elfed area should note that the CDS report is looking at their area in regards to improving the area. There is a possability of work being carried out on the "Green Triangle" are , planting some trees, a netballasketball net. Formalising garden boundaries and parking. Introducing traffic calming measures to make it safer, street-space for children. This is as yet only a draft proposal and would require consultation with residents.
