Did
you know that if you are Disabled or over 60 you can have
100% grant for central heating if you have none in your home.
The Grants are means tested but if you are on benefits you
should be ok, there is no harm in asking and getting advice.
Its just the time of year you need to be thinking about it
as well.............. Ask Gwynedd Council for details. You
don't have to be a Housing Association Tennant of Council
