Here are some
pictures we took on Thursday Morning 26th Feb when we woke up
to a beautiful scene of soft snow and flakes gently falling.
By 8-0'clock that morning the local kids were already out enjoying
themselves with snowballs,snowmen,and sledges.......a sight
to see!
It took me back
to when I was younger, a lot younger then ok, when you would
see women with wellies and headscarfs, with shopping bags taking
off over Pen y Bryn path to see what they could get from the
shops incase we got closed and food got short. Day's when you
wouldn't get a bus or car coming up the hill, when snowdrifts
were so big it looked like a procession of heads coming along
the path because you couldn't see the bodies :-) .
